Terms and conditions of use
Aaron's Autosport accepts the following Payment Methods:
- American Express
- Prepaid Company Check, Personal Check, Cashier Check or Money Order
- Sales Tax
- Sales tax is only required for orders shipping within our resident state. Therefore, all orders shipping within California will be charged the applicable sales tax.
For orders shipping to United States, PR, GU, VI, APO/FPO, or Canada, returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the customer receiving the product, and ONLY if a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number has been issued. AaronsAutosport.com reserves the right to refuse any package returned to us without authorization. Returns will be processed within ten (10) business days of receipt (not including weekends, holidays, and the day the package is delivered). Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment, but there will be a 10% restocking fee on returns that were NOT defective nor were they the incorrect part. If the original form of payment is no longer valid, the refund will be issued in the form of store credit applied to your AaronsAutosport.com account. Store credit is not redeemable for cash.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges unless they receive an incorrect (we shipped the wrong product) or defective item.
When shipping an item back to us, we recommend that you use UPS, FedEx or any other carrier that offers signature confirmation and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Only the signature of an AaronsAutosport.com employee will suffice as proof of delivery. The customer agrees to bear all shipping and insurance charges, and all risk of loss during return shipment.
We will not accept a return of an item that is damaged or defective if it has been used/installed please inspect all orders as soon as you receive them and [email protected] within 72 hours.
If the product is damaged during shipment, AaronsAutosport.com will replace the product at no charge.
In the case a replacement product was sent, we will send you a UPS return tag to return the product back to us. If the original item is not returned within 30 days the customer will be responsible for the cost of the replacement item that was sent.
If any component of the returned product is missing, we reserve the right to reject the entire return or impose additional charges for replacement of the missing component(s). The condition of the product will be determined at our discretion. Products sent back with damaged or missing packaging will be refused or returned to you at your expense.
Installation costs will not be covered by AaronsAutosport.com for any returned product.
AaronsAutosport.com reserves the right to change or amend the return policy and procedures at any time without notification.
For international orders shipping outside of the United States, PR, GU, VI, APO/FPO, or Canada – All sales are final for international orders and no returns are allowed.
You may request a change to your order, provided your order has not already been processed and shipped. Please call during business hour to change your order.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, www.aaronsautosport.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. www.aaronsautosport.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, www.aaronsautosport.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. www.aaronsautosport.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. www.aaronsautosport.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $2000.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
Any customer information including any email addresses received by Aarons Autosport will only be used in connection with your order, and will not be sold, or transferred to any third party. Periodically, Aarons Autosport may wish to communicate with customers via email or electronic newsletter, if for any reason you do not wish to receive email communications from Aarons Autosport, then you may send an email to [email protected] with "remove from email list" in the subject, and you will not receive any further email communications from us.
Whether you are placing an order by phone or the internet, security is our number one priority. All on-line transactions are sent through our secure server and encrypted with 128-bit technology. Once the information is received through the internet or by phone, trusted authorized employees will process your payment, and make sure that your information is handled with the highest level of security.
